The US Constitution's 1st Amendment boldly declares, 'Congress shall make no Law respecting an establishment of Religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thereby setting president to the clear jurisdictional boundaries between the separation of "Church" and "State." Consequently, Religious Organizations seeking non-profit status from the IRS are not mandated to do so. In fact, in the spirit of Religious Freedom in America, Congress has never passed nor will ever pass any law or statute defining a Religious Organization, regardless of its affiliation.

At Legacy Ministry, we are driven by a deep passion for empowering Indigenous People to protect their unalienable rights.
